중요 주문 정보:

주문 처리 및 배송은 월요일부터 금요일까지만 이루어지며, 공휴일은 제외됩니다. 주문 제품이 배송되기까지는 영업일 기준 약 1~2일이 소요됩니다. 제품이 발송되면 패키지 추적 세부사항이 포함된 배송 확인 이메일이 전송됩니다. 이메일을 찾을 수 없다면 스팸/정크 메일함도 확인해 보는 것이 좋습니다.

Shipping within the Continental U.S.

주말이나 공휴일에는 배송이 진행되지 않으며, 다음 영업일에 제품이 전달됩니다.

대부분의 Osmo 주문은 FedEx SmartPost, UPS SurePost, USPS(우체국)를 통해 배송됩니다. FedEx SmartPost 및 UPS SurePost는 모두 마지막 구간에서 USPS(우체국)를 사용하므로 주문 시 유효한 USPS 배송 주소를 입력해야 합니다.

Ground Shipping: 5-10 business days. Shipping point is the West Coast. Remember to add order processing time to calculate the cumulative lead time from order entry to delivery.

미국 외 배송

대부분의 Osmo 주문은 해당 국가의 현지 우편 배송업체를 통해 배송됩니다.

육상 배송: 영업일 기준 7~10일이 소요됩니다. Osmo 창고에서 멀리 떨어진 국가의 경우 영업일 기준 10~21일이 걸릴 수 있으며, 발송 지점은 영국 또는 네덜란드입니다. 주문 입력부터 배송까지의 누적 소요 시간을 계산하려면 주문 처리 시간도 포함해야 합니다.

Shipping in South Korea

The delivery will be delayed on national holidays and weekends. During weekdays right after national holiday or weekend, the delivery operations will resume & it will take 2-3 business day to complete the delivery. TangiblePlay will be working with BeyondTech who in-turn will be partnering with Lotte logistic team for the delivery, and if they have an issue, then the package might get delayed.
