Skip Counting

Skip counting means computing at regular intervals. For instance,

if Phil were to skip count by 6, he would count 6, 12, 18, 24, 30, and so on. Using this method, he can do single digit multiplication with ease.

Say, for instance, the teacher asks Phil to multiply 5 x 6 = …. He can skip count 6s five times, 6, 12, 18, 24, 30. Hence, the answer is, 5 x 6 = 30.

Teaching Multiplication

Learning Mathematics has a bad outcome because teachers and parents cannot teach it in a captivating tale or let children learn through their thoughts.
