注文に関する重要情報

注文処理と発送は祝日以外の月曜日から金曜日にのみ行われます。発送前の注文処理には通常1-2営業日程かかります。商品を発送後、荷物追跡情報を含めた発送確認メールをお送りします。発送確認メールが届かない場合、スパムメールや迷惑メールフォルダーを確認してみてください。

Shipping within the Continental U.S.

週末や祝日には配送されません。翌営業日に配送されます。

Osmoの注文の多くは、FedEx SmartPost、UPS SurePostかUSPS (郵便局) を使って出荷されます。FedEx SmartPostもUPS SurePostも、最終的にはUSPS (郵便局) を使うため、ご注文時に有効なUSPS住所を記載していただく必要があります。

Ground Shipping: 5-10 business days. Shipping point is the West Coast. Remember to add order processing time to calculate the cumulative lead time from order entry to delivery.

速達便: 2営業日。ご注文の入力から発送までの総所要時間に、注文処理にかかる時間も別途加算してください。

米国以外への配送

週末や祝日には配送されません。翌営業日に配送されます。

Osmoの注文の多くは各国の郵便局を使って出荷されます。

陸送便: 7-10営業日。当社の倉庫から離れている国では、10-21営業日かかる場合もあります。出荷地はイギリスかオランダです。ご注文の入力から発送までの総所要時間に、注文処理にかかる時間も別途加算してください。

速達便をご利用になりたい場合、地域のリテールパートナーであるAmazonやAppleなどからのご購入をご検討ください。

Shipping in South Korea

The delivery will be delayed on national holidays and weekends. During weekdays right after national holiday or weekend, the delivery operations will resume & it will take 2-3 business day to complete the delivery. TangiblePlay will be working with BeyondTech who in-turn will be partnering with Lotte logistic team for the delivery, and if they have an issue, then the package might get delayed.
